1. Qui organise

Cet appel à candidatures est organisé par Temple Studios Brussels SRL, 28, rue van Meyel, 1080 Bruxelles, numéro d'entreprise BE 1016.662.245, ci-après « Temple ». Il est relayé sur la plateforme de Court-Circuit ASBL, qui en assure la diffusion et la collecte des candidatures.

2. De quoi il s'agit

Temple ouvre son nouveau lieu à Bruxelles, sur le site de Tour & Taxis : studios de création, de répétition et d'enregistrement, plus une salle immersive pensée pour mettre le son et l'image au cœur de la performance.

Le vendredi 3 septembre 2027, Temple inaugure ce lieu. Un·e artiste de la communauté Court-Circuit assurera le live d'ouverture de la soirée, dans la salle immersive.

3. Qui peut participer

• Artistes solo ou groupes dont la majorité des membres sont domicilié·e·s en Wallonie ou à Bruxelles.
• Profil complété sur la plateforme Court-Circuit.
• Projet artistique interprétable en live.
• Disponibilité le vendredi 3 septembre 2027 à Bruxelles, ainsi que pour deux jours de résidence préalable.
• Participation gratuite. Les membres de l'équipe Temple, du jury et de Court-Circuit ne peuvent pas candidater.

4. Comment candidater

Uniquement via la plateforme Court-Circuit, avant le 31 octobre 2026 à 23h59. Une seule candidature par projet artistique. Les candidatures incomplètes, hors délai ou envoyées par un autre canal ne sont pas prises en compte.

5. Comment se fait la sélection

Un jury composé de l'équipe Temple Studios et de professionnel·le·s de l'industrie musicale sélectionne l'artiste sur base de :

• la qualité artistique et la singularité du projet ;
• sa capacité à s'inscrire dans une expérience immersive mêlant son et image ;
• la motivation exprimée dans la candidature ;
• la pertinence pour le public de la soirée d'inauguration.

Le jury délibère souverainement et n'a pas à motiver sa décision. Aucun recours n'est possible. Le résultat est annoncé au plus tard le 31 janvier 2027. Temple se réserve le droit de ne retenir aucun projet, ou de reporter l'appel si la date d'inauguration devait être modifiée.

6. Ce que tu remportes

• Le live d'ouverture de la soirée d'inauguration, dans la salle immersive de Temple Studios Brussels.
• Un cachet de 150 € par musicien·ne présent·e sur scène.
• Deux jours de résidence (16h) dans les studios Temple pour préparer le show, avec une initiation aux techniques immersives son et image.
• Une captation live professionnelle, dont les fichiers te sont remis pour ton propre usage.
• La visibilité liée à l'ouverture du lieu : communication Temple, Court-Circuit et partenaires.

Le cachet est versé après la prestation, sur présentation d'une facture ou via un bureau social pour artistes (SMart, Amplo ou équivalent). [modalité à confirmer]

7. Ce à quoi tu t'engages

• Être présent·e aux deux jours de résidence, aux balances et à la prestation du 3 septembre 2027.
• Assurer un set live d'environ [30 à 45] minutes.
• Transmettre ta fiche technique et ton plan de scène au plus tard [4] semaines avant la date.
• Relayer l'événement sur tes canaux de communication.

En cas d'empêchement majeur, préviens Temple sans délai : le jury peut désigner un autre projet.

8. Image, captation et droits

En candidatant, tu autorises Temple à utiliser ton nom, ton image, tes visuels et les captations audio et vidéo réalisées pendant la résidence et la soirée, à des fins de communication (site, réseaux sociaux, presse, supports internes et partenaires). Cette autorisation est accordée à titre gratuit et non exclusif, sans limitation de durée ni de territoire.

Tu restes titulaire de tes droits d'auteur et droits voisins sur tes œuvres, et tu peux exploiter la captation de ton côté. Les droits d'auteur liés à l'exécution publique (SABAM) sont déclarés et pris en charge par Temple.

9. Données personnelles

Les données transmises dans le cadre de cet appel sont traitées par Temple et Court-Circuit pour la seule gestion de la sélection et de l'événement. Elles sont conservées 24 mois maximum et ne sont pas transmises à des tiers en dehors de cette finalité. Conformément au RGPD, tu peux demander à tout moment l'accès, la rectification ou la suppression de tes données à [privacy@temple-studios.com].

10. Acceptation du règlement

Participer à cet appel implique l'acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement. Temple peut le modifier en cas de nécessité ; la version faisant foi est celle publiée sur temple-studios.com. Le présent règlement est soumis au droit belge ; tout litige relève des tribunaux de Bruxelles.

1. Who is organising

This call for applications is organised by Temple Studios Brussels SRL, 28, rue van Meyel, 1080 Brussels, company number BE 1016.662.245, hereinafter "Temple". It is relayed on the platform of Court-Circuit ASBL, which handles its publication and the collection of applications.

2. What it is about

Temple is opening its new venue in Brussels, on the Tour & Taxis site: creation, rehearsal and recording studios, plus an immersive hall designed to put sound and image at the heart of the performance.

On Friday 3 September 2027, Temple inaugurates the venue. An artist from the Court-Circuit community will perform the opening live set of the night, in the immersive hall.

3. Who can take part

• Solo artists or bands with a majority of members domiciled in Wallonia or Brussels.
• A completed profile on the Court-Circuit platform.
• An artistic project that can be performed live.
• Availability on Friday 3 September 2027 in Brussels, as well as for two days of residency beforehand.
• Participation is free. Members of the Temple team, of the jury and of Court-Circuit may not apply.

4. How to apply

Only via the Court-Circuit platform, before 31 October 2026 at 11:59 pm. One application per artistic project. Incomplete or late applications, or applications sent through any other channel, are not taken into account.

5. How the selection works

A jury made up of the Temple Studios team and music industry professionals selects the artist based on:

• the artistic quality and singularity of the project;
• its ability to fit into an immersive experience combining sound and image;
• the motivation expressed in the application;
• its relevance for the audience of the inauguration night.

The jury decides at its sole discretion and does not have to justify its decision. No appeal is possible. The result is announced by 31 January 2027 at the latest. Temple reserves the right not to select any project, or to postpone the call if the inauguration date were to change.

6. What you win

• The opening live set of the inauguration night, in the immersive hall of Temple Studios Brussels.
• A fee of €150 per musician on stage.
• Two days of residency (16 hours) in the Temple studios to prepare the show, with an introduction to immersive sound and image techniques.
• A professional live recording, whose files are handed over to you for your own use.
• The visibility tied to the opening of the venue: communication by Temple, Court-Circuit and partners.

The fee is paid after the performance, on presentation of an invoice or via a social office for artists (SMart, Amplo or equivalent). [terms to be confirmed]

7. What you commit to

• Being present for the two residency days, the soundcheck and the performance on 3 September 2027.
• Performing a live set of around [30 to 45] minutes.
• Sending your technical rider and stage plan at the latest [4] weeks before the date.
• Relaying the event on your communication channels.

In case of a major impediment, inform Temple without delay: the jury may designate another project.

8. Image, recording and rights

By applying, you authorise Temple to use your name, your image, your visuals and the audio and video recordings made during the residency and the night, for communication purposes (website, social media, press, internal material and partners). This authorisation is granted free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, without limitation of duration or territory.

You remain the holder of the copyright and related rights in your works, and you may exploit the recording on your own side. The copyright linked to the public performance (SABAM) is declared and covered by Temple.

9. Personal data

The data submitted in the context of this call is processed by Temple and Court-Circuit solely to manage the selection and the event. It is kept for a maximum of 24 months and is not passed on to third parties outside this purpose. In accordance with the GDPR, you may at any time request access to, rectification of or deletion of your data at [privacy@temple-studios.com].

10. Acceptance of the rules

Taking part in this call implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Temple may amend them if necessary; the authoritative version is the one published on temple-studios.com. These rules are governed by Belgian law; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

1. Wie organiseert

Deze open call wordt georganiseerd door Temple Studios Brussels SRL, 28, rue van Meyel, 1080 Brussel, ondernemingsnummer BE 1016.662.245, hierna "Temple". Hij wordt verspreid via het platform van Court-Circuit ASBL, dat instaat voor de verspreiding en het verzamelen van de kandidaturen.

2. Waarover het gaat

Temple opent zijn nieuwe locatie in Brussel, op de site van Tour & Taxis: studio's voor creatie, repetitie en opname, plus een immersieve zaal die klank en beeld centraal zet in de performance.

Op vrijdag 3 september 2027 huldigt Temple deze locatie in. Een artiest uit de Court-Circuit-community verzorgt de openingslive van de avond, in de immersieve zaal.

3. Wie kan deelnemen

• Solo-artiesten of groepen waarvan de meerderheid van de leden gedomicilieerd is in Wallonië of Brussel.
• Een ingevuld profiel op het Court-Circuit-platform.
• Een artistiek project dat live kan worden gebracht.
• Beschikbaarheid op vrijdag 3 september 2027 in Brussel, en voor twee voorafgaande residentiedagen.
• Deelname is gratis. Leden van het Temple-team, van de jury en van Court-Circuit mogen niet deelnemen.

4. Hoe kandideren

Uitsluitend via het Court-Circuit-platform, vóór 31 oktober 2026 om 23u59. Eén kandidatuur per artistiek project. Onvolledige of laattijdige kandidaturen, of kandidaturen die via een ander kanaal worden verstuurd, worden niet in aanmerking genomen.

5. Hoe de selectie verloopt

Een jury samengesteld uit het team van Temple Studios en professionals uit de muziekindustrie selecteert de artiest op basis van:

• de artistieke kwaliteit en de eigenheid van het project;
• het vermogen om zich in te passen in een immersieve ervaring die klank en beeld combineert;
• de motivatie in de kandidatuur;
• de relevantie voor het publiek van de inauguratieavond.

De jury beslist soeverein en hoeft haar beslissing niet te motiveren. Er is geen beroep mogelijk. Het resultaat wordt uiterlijk op 31 januari 2027 bekendgemaakt. Temple behoudt zich het recht voor geen enkel project te selecteren, of de call uit te stellen indien de inauguratiedatum zou wijzigen.

6. Wat je wint

• De openingslive van de inauguratieavond, in de immersieve zaal van Temple Studios Brussels.
• Een gage van 150 € per muzikant op het podium.
• Twee residentiedagen (16u) in de Temple-studio's om de show voor te bereiden, met een initiatie in immersieve klank- en beeldtechnieken.
• Een professionele live-opname, waarvan de bestanden je worden bezorgd voor eigen gebruik.
• De zichtbaarheid rond de opening van de locatie: communicatie via Temple, Court-Circuit en partners.

De gage wordt betaald na de prestatie, op voorlegging van een factuur of via een sociaal bureau voor artiesten (SMart, Amplo of gelijkwaardig). [modaliteit te bevestigen]

7. Waartoe je je verbindt

• Aanwezig zijn op de twee residentiedagen, de soundcheck en de prestatie van 3 september 2027.
• Een liveset van ongeveer [30 tot 45] minuten brengen.
• Je technische fiche en podiumplan uiterlijk [4] weken vóór de datum bezorgen.
• Het evenement delen via je communicatiekanalen.

Bij ernstige verhindering verwittig je Temple onmiddellijk: de jury kan een ander project aanduiden.

8. Beeld, opname en rechten

Door te kandideren geef je Temple de toestemming om je naam, je beeld, je visuals en de audio- en video-opnames van de residentie en de avond te gebruiken voor communicatiedoeleinden (website, sociale media, pers, interne dragers en partners). Deze toestemming wordt gratis en niet-exclusief verleend, zonder beperking in tijd of gebied.

Je blijft houder van je auteursrechten en naburige rechten op je werken, en je mag de opname zelf exploiteren. De auteursrechten verbonden aan de publieke uitvoering (SABAM) worden aangegeven en gedragen door Temple.

9. Persoonsgegevens

De gegevens die in het kader van deze call worden doorgegeven, worden door Temple en Court-Circuit uitsluitend verwerkt voor het beheer van de selectie en het evenement. Ze worden maximaal 24 maanden bewaard en worden buiten dit doel niet aan derden doorgegeven. Conform de AVG (GDPR) kan je op elk moment de toegang tot, de verbetering of de verwijdering van je gegevens vragen via [privacy@temple-studios.com].

10. Aanvaarding van het reglement

Deelnemen aan deze call houdt de volledige en onvoorwaardelijke aanvaarding van dit reglement in. Temple kan het indien nodig wijzigen; de geldende versie is die gepubliceerd op temple-studios.com. Dit reglement valt onder het Belgische recht; elk geschil valt onder de bevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Brussel.
